TPEA was founded in the Fall of 2023 by Aidan Lynn, Dhruv Patel, and Adrian Shumov to build a SPO focusing on breaking into the private markets. TPEA teaches its members the basics and advanced financial concepts of private equity through case studies, lessons, and practice problems.
